Designed with fans in mind but created to be a comfortable Wilmington getaway for everyone, your vacation home includes subtle nods to One Tree Hill, Dawson’s Creek, and The Summer I Turned Pretty. It’s a fun connection to Wilmington’s film history without sacrificing its clean, modern feel.
This is a three-story townhome, with bedrooms thoughtfully separated across the first and third floors and the main gathering spaces located on the second floor. The second-floor living area brings everyone together with the kitchen, dining space for 6 and living spaces in one central part of the home, while the bedroom levels provide more privacy when it’s time to unwind.
Each of the three bedrooms has access to its own private full bathroom, and there is an additional half bath off the main living area. Throughout the home, we’ve focused on the details that make a stay more comfortable, including Saatva mattresses, high-thread-count sheets, a choice of down and down-alternative pillows, blackout curtains, sound machines, Roku TVs, and thoughtful storage for unpacking.
One of the best parts of On the Bridge is what’s waiting just outside. Located in Wilmington’s historic downtown Brooklyn district and just .7 of a mile from the Riverwalk, you can walk or drive to restaurants, coffee, shopping and waterfront views, explore the Brooklyn Arts District, or head to Live Oak Bank Pavilion for a concert. Fans can set out to discover the many Wilmington locations they’ll recognize from their favorite shows and movies. Our home features a gated courtyard with park benches, large grassy yard, and incredible views of the Bridge at sunset.
You’ll also have the convenience of a private garage, a welcome feature when staying close to downtown. Additional parking is the driveway and parking lot attached to the community with space for 3 vehicles in total.

About the Owner
We’re Natalie and Sean. Sean is a real estate professional, and I’m a former classroom teacher who now works as a substitute teacher in elementary schools. When one of our daughters began attending university in Wilmington, our family quickly fell in love with the city, its architecture, riverfront and the feeling that there is always something new to discover. I’ve always loved being part of a fandom. There is something special about the way a favorite story brings people together and makes a place feel meaningful long after the final scene. Wilmington offers the rare opportunity to step into those stories, to recognize a bridge, a street or a familiar view and share that excitement with someone who understands exactly why it matters. On the Bridge - Wilmington grew from the opportunity to bring Sean’s real estate experience together with my love of fandom, hospitality and thoughtful details. Creating this home has allowed us to combine what each of us loves while sharing a city that has become very special to our family. We hope our guests feel that same sense of discovery and Wilmington magic during their stay.
